The Role
We are hiring a delivery-focused Project Manager with a clinical or technical background to manage end-to-end implementation and ensure long-term client success. This role will report to xWave’s Operations Lead.
This is a cross-functional role that involves leading deployments of our Clinical Decision Support solutions, coordinating clinical and technical stakeholders, and ensuring successful adoption, primarily within the NHS, but also across other public healthcare settings such as the Health Service Executive (HSE), as well as private and payer organisations.
Key Responsibilities
● Lead delivery of xWave deployments from scoping to rollout and optimisation.
● Act as the key client contact across clinical, operational, and technical teams.
● Manage timelines, dependencies, and risks using structured project management tools and methods.
● Ensure interoperability with technical teams, scope system messaging and interoperability in diagnostic workflows (HL7 and FHIR)
● Champion clinical and system adoption through user training and feedback mechanisms.
● Monitor and report on key performance indicators, ensuring continuous improvement and measurable impact.
● Coordinate across internal Product, Engineering, Commercial, and Customer Success teams.
● Support integration and rollout projects within public sector healthcare environments.
Required Qualifications and Experience
● Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Information Technology, a related discipline, or a clinical field such as Radiography, nursing or other allied health disciplines.
● Two or more years of project management experience within health technology or clinical system implementation
● Project management certification such as PRINCE2, PMP, or Agile
● Proven experience delivering technology projects into public healthcare environments, primarily within the National Health Service
● Experience implementing clinical systems such as Cardiology, Radiology, or Clinical Decision Support
● Proficient with Project management software, Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word
● Confident in managing client relationships and working independently
Preferred Qualifications
● Experience using Clickup and other tools in project delivery environments
● Experience working in Agile delivery settings or with Agile or Scrum teams
● Familiarity with SharePoint, Jira, and Confluence
● Experience working closely with product, engineering, and commercial teams in iterative development

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across technical and clinical audiences
● Attention to detail and a structured problem-solving mindset
● Strong facilitation, presentation, and user training capabilities
● Comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects across geographies
● Ability to work autonomously and meet tight deadlines in fast-moving environments
● Flexible and solutions-oriented with a proactive attitude.
