We are seeking an Operations Lead to lead our customer success initiatives, manage deployment plans for our CDS, and play a crucial role in our company's growth.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Customer Success:
Develop and execute strategies to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
Lead on delivering top-class training and support to xWave’s users and customers.
Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns; be the voice of the customer within xWave
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and provide solutions.
Deployment Management:
Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of CDS deployments for healthcare facilities.
Work closely with the technical team to ensure successful integration and implementation.
Monitor deployment progress and resolve any issues that may arise.
Project Management:
Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources related to customer deployments.
Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
Maintain detailed project documentation and reporting.
Quality Assurance:
Establish and maintain quality control processes to ensure the reliability and accuracy of CDS solutions.
Implement best practices for testing, validation, and ongoing system monitoring.
Vendor and Partner Relations:
Collaborate with external vendors and partners to enhance product offerings and support.
Evaluate and negotiate contracts and agreements to optimize business relationships.
Data Governance, Analysis and Reporting:
Take a lead in managing xWave’s data protection framework, ensuring adherence to all relevant data and clinical safety requirements (e.g. GDPR, DTAC)
Utilize data analytics to track and evaluate the performance of deployed CDS systems.
Generate regular reports for internal stakeholders and customers, highlighting key insights.
Team Support:
Support the Commercial Director in generating leads and presenting to prospective clients.
Support the Engineering Team in developing future use cases, applications and product features.
Team Leadership:
Build and manage a high-performing operations team, providing guidance and mentorship.
Foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
Conduct performance evaluations and promote professional development.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience in healthcare operations, project management, or a similar role, with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
Strong understanding of clinical decision support systems and healthcare technology.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and motivating teams.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in project management tools and software.
Analytical mindset with the ability to use data for informed decision-making.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance is a plus.
Fluent English speaker. Additional language(s) is a bonus.
