Welcoming Iain to our team!

We’re delighted to welcome Iain Bentley to xWave Technologies as our newest Project Manager, joining our growing Operations team.

With more than 15 years of digital NHS experience, Iain brings deep expertise in delivering Order Communications, EPR, and department‑specific information management systems. His background spans Radiology, Pathology, and Cardiology workflows - and crucially - how these translate into effective, intuitive digital solutions. It’s exactly the kind of insight that strengthens our mission to support clinicians with technology that genuinely improves patient care.

In his new role, Iain will lead end‑to‑end deployments of xWave’s Clinical Decision Support and Order Communications solutions across the NHS, the Health Service Executive in Ireland, and other public and private healthcare organisations. He’ll work closely with clinical, operational, and technical teams to ensure smooth implementation, strong interoperability, and successful long‑term adoption.

From coordinating multi‑disciplinary stakeholders, to championing user training and engagement, to monitoring impact and driving continuous improvement, Iain will play a key role in helping health systems modernise diagnostic pathways and deliver more consistent, high‑quality care.
