Welcoming Jonathan to our team!

We’re delighted to welcome Jonathan to xWave, joining our growing clinical and implementation team at a time when demand for smarter, integrated diagnostic pathways continues to accelerate across the NHS.

Jonathan brings 16 years of digital health experience, including 14 years leading the design, configuration and rollout of clinical pathway software across a wide range of NHS specialties. His work spans oncology, colposcopy, IBD, patient portals and complex tracking pathways - from pre‑cancer surveillance programmes such as lung and liver monitoring, through to post‑cancer Stratified Follow Up.

Across all these areas, Jonathan has focused on translating intricate clinical protocols into intuitive digital systems that remove administrative friction for frontline teams. His deep understanding of surveillance and tracking pathways gives him a unique perspective on one of the most persistent challenges in diagnostics: the disconnect between reviewing clinical data and actioning diagnostic requests.

Jonathan shared, “Having spent 14 years designing and implementing clinical pathways across the NHS, I have seen first hand the friction that often exists between clinical decision making and diagnostic requesting. What drew me to xWave is how directly the platform solves that referral disconnect. The team's momentum and vision are fantastic and I'm excited to bring my pathway experience here to help scale our implementations.”
