Welcoming Leon to our team!

We’re delighted to welcome Leon to xWave Technologies as he steps into the role of Integrations Engineer, strengthening our ability to deliver secure, reliable and scalable integrations across the NHS, HSE and wider healthcare organisations.

Leon brings a depth of experience shaped across healthcare, finance, warehousing and field management systems, with his experience for solving complex integration challenges making him such a strong addition to the team. His career has been defined by connecting systems, improving interoperability and enabling organisations to get the best from their technology investments.

In his new role at xWave, Leon will be responsible for connecting our solutions with hospital systems, working closely with customer IT and integration teams, and supporting every stage of deployment. It’s a role that sits at the heart of successful implementations, ensuring that clinicians experience seamless workflows and that organisations can rely on clean, resilient data exchange.
